Milwaukee Bucks 2011-2012 Schedule Released

Your Milwaukee Bucks 2011-2012 schedule starts just one day after Christmas, a day after most teams have played their first regular season game. The NBA released the revised sixty-six game schedule this week, which includes some special back-to-back-to-back series that aren't normally a part of a full-length season.

The Bucks will play their first game in Charlotte. Milwaukee’s rookie shooting guard Stephen Jackson will begin his career facing the Bobcats on their home court, known as the Time Warner Cable Arena. Milwaukee will return to the Bradley Center for their home opener the next day to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves. By the end of the 2010-11 season, the Timberwolves ranked near the bottom of most polls, and we are betting that little has changed during the lockout. The Bucks play just two home games before their first West Coast road trip of the shortened season. While out west, they will play five games in seven days. They will start that road trip at Denver then it’s off to Utah, Sacramento, Sacramento, and Phoenix.

They have their longest home stretch in April when the Bucks play five games before hitting the road. At the Bradley Center, they will face the Cavaliers, Charlotte, the Trailblazers, Oklahoma City, and the New York Knicks.

Bucks Face Toughest Opponents in January and February

The team will face their stiffest competition during the months of January and February when they take on the defending champion Mavericks and Eastern Conference champs. The Miami Heat will come to the Bradley Center twice in February, and they will host the Bucks on January 22.
